Whether its strawberry season with fresh strawberries or you are pulling some frozen berries from the freezer, strawberries are the perfect main ingredient to use in the nine best gluten free strawberry desserts.

Tres Leches Cake’s name, which translates to “Three Milks Cake” in English, comes from the signature feature, in this type of cake, of soaking in a mixture of three different kinds of milk: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk or heavy cream. I combined this idea with my own Sugar Free Vanilla Gluten-Free Cake made with Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour, and my favorite low carb shake, Strawberry Cream, from Equip, using dairy-free milk to make a strawberry version!
You can of course use any protein shake you want, or sub in extra heavy cream. I always looking for ways to increase the protein in every meal or treat! If you want to use a different cake recipe, you can substitute in a strawberry cake mix prepared for extra strawberry flavor. If you want to make it from scratch, here is my recipe for a Gluten Free Strawberry Cake that turns out amazing!
After you let the cake cool in the cake pan and cover with the milks, it is then topped with fresh whipped cream, and fresh berries. It beats any plain gluten-free strawberry cake with its tender crumb and light flavor. I recommend using a springform baking pan lined with parchment paper so you can easily cut the tender pieces for serving.

2. Easy Gluten Free Low Carb Strawberry Scones Recipe

These gluten-free strawberry scones are perfect for breakfast, or an afternoon treat. These gems are made with a base of almond flour and coconut flour instead of a gluten-free flour blend and sweetened with your choice of sugar-free sweetener like allulose.
You can of course use a natural sweetener like coconut sugar or brown sugar if you wish but the only thing that will change is the coloring will have a more golden hue versus lighter. Since this keto scone recipe uses a keto pudding mix, they stay fresh for a couple of days. It makes a great weekend breakfast that creates leftovers for quick breakfasts and snacks for the week!

This homemade strawberry ice cream is an amazing recipe that your entire family will love! I know it is my personal favorite ice cream with the bright pink color and fresh flavor!
The creamy texture of the ice cream comes from the combination of the ice cream base made from the coconut cream and the keto strawberry pudding mix. You can of course turn it into a vanilla ice cream when you substitute vanilla pudding for the strawberry pudding and add in a little vanilla extract. Although you can make this with an ice cream maker, the no-churn option features freezing the solution and then whirring it in a food processor.

4. Easy Dairy Free Iced Strawberry Latte Recipe (Keto)

Strawberry lattes are a fun way to enjoy the sweet taste of fresh strawberries in your favorite beverages. This easy sugar-free, dairy-free iced strawberry latte is an art that can be achieved at home with simple ingredients anytime the craving strikes.

One of the easiest fluff recipes you can mix up quickly and enjoy guilt free on a low carb diet! This easy dessert recipe uses super simple ingredients mixed in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer. It can be made in no time and is thick enough to even use as a base for a strawberry fluff salad recipe!

This Keto Strawberry Shortcake Roll is the perfect way to enjoy strawberry season! It is a gluten free sugar free yellow cake made in a jellyroll pan, then covered with a strawberry jel and a vanilla pudding fluff before being rolled up and frosted with a fluffy vanilla frosting.
Using sugar free jel and sugar free instant pudding helps keep this sugar free. It is a a delicious summer dessert using sugar free strawberries you will never forget! It is a must make for spring as it is 3g net carbs per slice! It is very doable even if it’s your first time ever making a jellyroll dessert.

9. The Best Gluten Free Strawberry Pudding Cake Recipe

Topped with a fluffy and decadent frosting that is filled with all of the bursting strawberry flavor you expect from this easy recipe without any sugar OR gluten! It has a tender crumb although you are not using any specialty gluten-free blend or gluten free all purpose flour mixture like other cake recipes, but using coconut flour and a keto pudding mix.
The fresh strawberry flavor not only makes an appearance in the cake itself, but also in the Sugar Free Strawberry Buttercream Frosting too with the help from Simply Delish Strawberry Pudding Mixes! With gluten-free cakes, adding a box of pudding mix to the cake batter and the frosting really creates a tender cake that is loaded with strawberry flavor like in regular cake recipes. The pudding mix in the frosting helps to make the best frosting that is smooth, holds up well outside of the fridge for special occasions plus adds a pretty pink color without food coloring!
