It makes a great dessert that is perfect for many different special occasions like baby showers, a bridal shower or even more perfect with the pink color the strawberries give is the best for Valentine’s Day!

With the basic ingredients, there are so many ideas you can use this perfect dessert of strawberry cream cheese fluff in I will share with you at the end of this post!

What you will need to make this Keto 3 Ingredient Strawberry Fluff Fruit Dip

Let’s make this Strawberry Fluff Dessert!

The one piece of equipment you need to make this successful is an electric stand mixer or electric hand mixer.

Using an electric mixer is the only way to get the light and airy fluffy texture in this easy fruit dip that we are looking for!

So add your room temperature cream cheese to the large mixing bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.

Whip this up until it is smooth and creamy.

This is the most important part as it is your base of the easy strawberry fluff!

As it is whipping up, take a small bowl and add in 1/3 cup of cold water.

This type of jel doesn’t require that you use boiling water to get it to dissolve.

Slowly add in the sugar free Simply Delish Strawbery Jello Powder while whisking so there is no dry jello left.

Once it is mixed together well, slowly pour the jello mixture in a stream into the whipped cream cheese as the mixer is on low.

Slowly mix this together so no strawberry jello mix splatters out.

Once it is mixed in, stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl and crank it up to medium speed to get a fluffy consistency.

Once it is all mixed up then you will leave it on low speed and add in the heavy cream.

When the heavy cream is mixed in, stop and scrape the bowl again.

This ensures everything is mixed up really well before you go for the final fast mixing to really get the fluffy dip we want!

Now crank it up to high speed and let it whip for 1 minute.

You do not want to whip it for too long or the heavy cream will separate and turn to butter!

If you want to make it an easy dessert salad then this is the time to add in the additional strawberries that have been chopped.

Just a few second spin will get them mixed in well enough.

If you are adding in any other fruits like pineapple chunks or mandarin oranges for extra flavor, you will want to fold those in by hand.

Now you will want it to sit in the fridge overnight at this point.

Make sure you transfer it to a large bowl that you can cover with plastic wrap or use an airtight container of your choice that has a lid.

I chose a glass bowl for this as plastic wrap sticks to glass better than metal.

If you choose to make a fruit salad with this three ingredient fruit dip then you should know that leftover salad only lasts a few days in the fridge as the fruit will give off moisture that will separate the fluff.

You could keep the fruit separate until right before serving to prevent this.

The finished recipe should only be kept up to 5 days covered.

Some extra ideas and tips you can consider!

  • If you want to reduce the fat contained in it, you can eliminate the heavy cream and get a sugar free cool whip to fold into the cream cheese and jel mixture.
  • Turn this into mini cheesecake trifles when you layer plops of it with crumbs from some gluten free graham crackers, or my keto favorite is some Catalina Crunch Graham Cereal crushed!
  • Consider other flavors of jel that Simply Delish offers to change it up! You get 10% off any order when you order through my link here! Ideas I have would be to use their sugar free orange jello as a base to add some berries too!
  • Try to change up the texture a bit when you fold in some sugar free mini marshmallows like these! I just cut the squares into fourths and for best results toss in some confectioners erithrytol so they stay separated.
  • Get wild when you not only add the jel to the cream cheese, but fold in some prepared sugar free vanilla pudding at the end. This will give it a smoother consistency versus fluffy so keep that in mind.
  • Serve this fluff along side a fresh fruit tray for any party!
  • This classic dessert can also make a wonderful treat after Easter Dinner that all ages will enjoy!
  • You can also pipe into molds as I have done here. Then freeze. After frozen, cover in chocolate to make strawberry cheesecake bon bons!
