What you will need for your Homemade Bailey’s Coffee Creamer

- Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 recipe of my Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Low Carb Copycat Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
Let’s mix up your Low Carb Baileys Irish Cream Coffee Creamer

The nice thing is that it really could not be any simpler than just mixing the three ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Add your unsweetened almond milk to a medium bowl then add in your Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk.

Whisk slowly and well for the condensed milk to dissolve.
If you have difficulty with it dissolving, put your unsweetened almond milk and keto sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan to gently heat it up.
This will help to dissolve the sweetener in the condensed milk and prevent clumps of sweetener at the bottom of your coffee creamer.

Lastly, whisk in your Low Carb Baileys Irish Cream with or without Jameson Irish Whiskey added. Pour it into a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring into an airtight container for storage.

Glass bottles are my favorite container for my coffee creamers, especially since its easy to pour from them. Mason jars work just as well.
It will keep 2-3 weeks in the fridge if you have chosen to use my Low Carb Copycat Baileys Irish Cream that contains Jameson Irish Whiskey.

If you are going the non-alcoholic route, then you can make the Irish Cream without the whiskey, and it will still taste great! You do need to use it up within 7 days though, or the best-by date on your heavy whipping cream you use in the Low Carb Copycat Baileys Irish Cream.
