Ingredients
  

  • 4 large deli slices of ham or other meat choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or other shredded cheese

  • optional spices or flavorings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Put 1/4 cup shredded cheese in small mounds 1 inch apart on baking sheet.

  • Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown around the edges of a few of them. They all should be melted. Cool 2 minutes before rolling 1 piece of ham up in each one.

  • Cool and keep up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
