- 4 large deli slices of ham or other meat choice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or other shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put 1/4 cup shredded cheese in small mounds 1 inch apart on baking sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown around the edges of a few of them. They all should be melted. Cool 2 minutes before rolling 1 piece of ham up in each one.
