This Low Carb Baking Mix contains the following ingredients:
Non-GMO Oat Fiber // The husk of the oat. It is an insoluble fiber that has 0 carbs.
Organic Coconut Flour // Dehydrated Coconut Meat ground fine.
Organic Flaxseed Meal // Finely ground flaxseeds.
Organic Almond Flour // Finely Ground SKINLESS Almonds, a.k.a blanched almonds.
Grass Fed Collagen Protein // This serves to provide protein fibers that mimic “wheat” flour in the binding capabilities.
Glucomannan // This is a dried, powdered konjac root. It is a natural thickener and helps give the binding properties of “wheat” flour.
